Hello everyone!
At first, studying for the Specified Skilled Worker Type 2 exam was really hard because Japanese isn’t an easy language, especially when learning technical terms and understanding workplace instructions. I’m very grateful to my company for giving us this opportunity and supporting us throughout the preparation process. They provide online study sessions twice a week, each lasting one and a half hours, which helps us maintain a consistent study routine even while working full-time. I also appreciate the office staff, who are always doing their best to organize and manage everything so that we can focus on learning.

最初は、特定技能2号試験の勉強はとても大変でした。日本語は簡単な言語ではなく、特に専門用語や職場での指示を理解するのが難しかったからです。しかし、会社が学習の機会を与えてくれ、準備の過程でサポートしてくれたことにとても感謝しています。週に2回、1時間半のオンライン学習の時間を設けてくれるおかげで、仕事をしながらでも継続的に勉強することができます。また、勉強環境を整えてくれる事務スタッフの皆さんも、一生懸命サポートしてくれていることに感謝しています。
Kind and Supportive Sensei
The sensei leading the lessons is very kind and always does her best to make sure we understand everything clearly. She patiently explains difficult topics and encourages us to ask questions, which makes learning more enjoyable and boosts our confidence.

授業を担当してくださる先生はとても親切で、私たちが理解できるように全力で教えてくれます。難しい内容も丁寧に説明してくださり、質問も自由にできるので、学習が楽しく、自信にもつながります。
My Study Routine
In addition to the lessons, I follow a daily study routine to stay on track:
• Review my notes and previous lessons
• Practice technical terms in Japanese
• Take short quizzes to test myself
• Break study time into manageable sessions to stay focused

授業以外でも、毎日少しずつ勉強するようにしています：

Motivation and Goals
Preparing for this exam requires patience, dedication, and consistent effort, but with the company’s support, the office staff’s hard work, and a good teacher, it becomes much more manageable. Passing the Type 2 exam is an important milestone for building a long-term career in Japan. It allows us to work independently, take on more responsibility, and even secure opportunities for family residency in the future.
I’m motivated to continue studying, improving my skills, and making the most of this chance to grow both professionally and personally. For anyone preparing for this exam, remember: consistency, practice, and a positive mindset are key. With effort, support, and guidance from everyone around you, success is definitely achievable!
モチベーションと目標
試験の準備には、忍耐、努力、そして継続が必要ですが、会社のサポート、事務スタッフの尽力、そして先生の丁寧な指導があるおかげで、学習はずっとやりやすくなります。特定技能2号試験に合格することは、日本で長期的に働くキャリアを築くための大切なステップです。独立して仕事を任される機会が増え、将来的には家族の帯同のチャンスも得られます。
