今回は短期出張現場（★レオパレス宿泊の場合）の一日をご紹介したいと思います。

I wake up at 6 o'clock every morning.
I'll make coffee when I wake up. I get ready for work while drinking coffee.
私は毎朝6時に起きています。
起きたらまずはコーヒーを作り、飲みながら仕事の準備をします。
●Departure around 6:50~
We will be staying at Leo palace, so we will meet at the Leo palace parking lot around 6:40.
It takes about 15 minutes to get from Leo palace to the site, we always stop at a convenience store to buy breakfast and drinks. We arrived at the site around 7:15.
Everyone wrote down safe work procedures and had a meeting about yesterday work, and then the radio exercise starts at 8am.
●6:50 出発
現在はレオパレスに宿泊しているので、6時40分ごろに駐車場に集合します。
レオパレスから現場までは15分ほどかかるので、その間に朝食や飲み物を買うためにいつもコンビニに寄っています。
大体7時15分ごろに現場に到着します。
到着したら全員で安全作業手順書を作成し、前日の作業について打ち合わせを行います。
8時からはラジオ体操が始まります。
●Radio exercise, morning assembly 8:00-8:30
Morning assembly begins immediately after radio exercise ends. 社長 and Mr. 城山 explain everything about the day to the workers, explaining every detail to ensure there is no unsafe behavior. After the morning assembly, each group will conduct SSA (risk prediction activities).
●8:00～8:30 ラジオ体操・朝礼
ラジオ体操が終わるとすぐに朝礼が始まります。
社長と城山さんが、作業員に危険な行為がないようにその日の作業について細部まで説明します。
朝礼後はグループごとにSSA（危険予知活動）を実施します。
This day's work included unloading of delivered materials, installing walkway around boiler, grating sorting, handrail installation, final tightening, painting.
この日の作業は、納入資材の荷降ろし、ボイラー周囲の通路設置、グレーチングの仕分け、手すりの設置、本締め、塗装です。
●Morning break 10:00~10:30
There will be a break from 10 o'clock. During the break while we fully recovering our body, my fellow Filipino trainees and I discuss work progress and what we need to do after the break. We also discuss things that they don't understand in the work, especially with the trainee. To prevent dangers and mistakes. And create a good workflow.
●午前休憩 10:00～10:30
10時から休憩です。
体力を回復させつつ、フィリピン人の実習生仲間と仕事の進み具合や、休憩後に何をしなければならないかを話し合います。
また、業務上で分からないことなどは、危険や間違いを防ぐために特にしっかりと話し合います。
そうすることで仕事の流れを良くすることができます。
●Lunch break 12:00-13:00
We eat a Japanese lunch called "bento" every day. Lunch boxes are not only delicious, but also very healthy and eye-catching.
After I finish the meal, I do the attendance record and study the drawings/blueprints.
●昼休み 12:00～13:00
毎日「弁当」と呼ばれる日本の昼食を食べています。
お弁当はおいしいだけでなく、とてもヘルシーで、おかずなども目を引くものばかりです。
食事を終えた後は、出勤簿を書いたり、図面の勉強をします。
●Lunch meeting 13:00-13:15
There will be a luncheon meeting after the lunch break.
At the lunch meeting, we discuss the morning's work and the afternoon's work before heading to the site.
●ミーティング 13:00～13:15
昼休憩後にはミーティングが行われます。
午前の仕事と午後の仕事について話し合い、現場へ向かいます。
●Afternoon break 15:00-15:30
It's still summer, so we'll be making sure to stay hydrated and consume enough salt to prevent heatstroke. We may also discuss some
progress at work. relaxes our body and energize to get back to work.
●午後休憩 15:00～15:30
まだまだ暑いので、熱中症予防のために十分な水分補給と塩分摂取を心がけ
仕事の進捗についても話し合います。
リラックスして過ごし、エネルギーをチャージしてから現場に戻ります。
●Work completed 18:00 - 1hr overtime
The job is completed by tidying up and cleaning the work area and putting the tools back in their place so they can be easily found if someone else uses them tomorrow.
Workplace is an open area, and we will double check the area. We check everything to make sure materials are protected from rain and that there are safe passageways. Lock the tools and then return to the jobsite rest area.
We will depart from the site around 18:20 and arrive at Leo palace before 19:00.
●業務終了 18:00～残業1時間
この日は残業がありました。
作業エリアを片付けて掃除をし、明日他の人が使用するときに簡単に見つけられるように工具を元の場所に戻します。
材料が雨に当たらない場所にあるか、通路が安全かをすべて確認します。
工具が入っている倉庫のカギを締めて、休憩所に戻ります。
18時20分頃に現場を出発し、19時前にレオパレスに到着予定です。
Usually we all cook dinner together, but Today, me and my roommates, Richard先輩 and Jomar先輩 decided to eat at a ramen restaurant. We ordered ramen and fried rice. Japanese food is very delicious.
いつもはみんなで夕食を作るのですが、今日はルームメイトのリチャード先輩とジョマー先輩とラーメン屋で食べることにしました。
ラーメンとチャーハンを注文しました。日本食はとてもおいしいです。
