It's me SOLOMON BITOT GANO from the Philippines, I don't know what you call for this if it's a blog or a story of my life.
First let's talk a little about me 💪.
As of now I'm 32 years of age and i have a son named (EZEKIEL C GANO) not yet married 😂😆 but soon to be if God's willing.

Now we talk about how about my life here in Japan.
First of all I thank GOD for giving a life, health and courage to even work abroad like (QATAR in the Middle East) and here in JAPAN.
And second i want to thank our Very own Boss (Mr. RYOJI MURAKAWA) President of FUWA KOGYO COMPANY for giving me such rare opportunity to work here in Japan 🇯🇵 and I am very thank full that he choose me during the selection in the Philippines way back year 2015.
Yeah when I was in the first year of working here in Japan that was the hardest part because of lifestyle adjustment and most specially the language barrier 😩 that sometimes push me to the limit 😂.
I have many good memories, I love everything here in Japan like technology, the nature, transportation, food and everything except the toxic and sometimes stressful day of work, I'm not saying that o don't want this job what I'm saying is there is no perfect in every day life, sometimes we are happy, sad, even sometimes losing temper but the best part is there is a day after yesterday 💪, we move on and embrace the wonderful day ahead.
Yes there are sometimes sad stories in someone's life but come on let's talk about the positive and encouraging life here in japan.

I love sports and like basketball, billiards, darts 🎯, and some sports like bowling 🎳 and soccer ⚽️ I only played this game here in Japan, it was awesome experience though.

Now here we talk about work.
First of all I love the way how Japan eliminate waste, like the clean center, from waste to electricity and waste to highway asphalt 💪.
Unfortunately I don't have photos of those clean center but the memories and experiences on those projects are in my heart and i will bring them wherever I go.
Here are some projects that I may say I learned a lot and the experience that makes me a better person.

This are some of great experience and memories that for me is a gold and a story that I may share to my children and grandchildren in the future, you know working abroad or in a different country far from your family, culture, religion, and everything is different sometimes I cant even read or recite their language but with the grace of what I believe the Almighty GOD, I overcome adversity and trials up to this date and moving forward.
Honestly I would say I learned a lot and continue learning with the help of this Company, before Welding is the only Job that I know, but when I came here I learned the idea on how to signal a crane, learned some computions of materials, read some simple blueprints.
I even learned how to use forklift 💪
I'm very thankful and i want to express my gratitude to Boss and to all our Japanese leaders for helping us grow and honing our skills in construction, buildings and fabrications. I just wanna say Thank you to everyone of you the staff and personnels off FUWA KOGYO I LOVE YOU ALL🙏.
